I know you’re busy and overwhelmed so I just wanted to share a brief explanation of my coaching style and phylosophy so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not you want to talk with me.
- I believe that we (ADHD’ers) are very visual which is why I use a lot of 1 page Mindflows and other tools to help with the many executive function challenges we face.
- Sessions are structured but relaxed. I don’t end our conversations until you feel clear.
- I can’t function without Frameworks and share everything I have created for myself and other clients. If necessary I will create new ones for you too!
