The Mindflows Story

Hi, I'm Susanna. At 47, a second ADHD diagnosis marked a turning point for me, with my career at a standstill and a pressing need for change. I dove deep into understanding ADHD, which led me to develop tools that significantly improved my daily life.

As I learned more about the impact of ADHD on my life, I realized there was a glaring lack of resources that truly understood the unique struggles women like me face. Between hormonal changes such as menopause, greater domestic responsibilities, and the challenges of finding work that suits our unique abilities, it became clear that standard productivity tools just weren’t enough. This realization inspired me to create Mindflows, a place offering self-care and productivity tools tailored for women facing similar challenges.

Living with ADHD, you understand it's a double-edged sword. Without the right diagnosis, tools, and strategies, the challenges can often overshadow the positives. Drawing from my experiences as a creative entrepreneur, I have designed Mindflows to simplify our daily lives and help us manage our challenges more easily.
